    • A: Due to the nature of our products all custom made orders are final sale on our bouquets.
    • While we do a thorough quality check on the dresses and crowns we understand some items may be factory defective.
    • If that is the case please contact costumer support for further help.
    • We are a Final Sale company and do not guarantee any refund. 
    • We do provide size chart and suggest if you are in between sizes always go up.
